Blend of Three Processing Methods

1. Washed Process

A processing method where the coffee beans are completely separated from the fruit pulp, fermented in water, and then washed. Known for its clean flavor profile and bright acidity.

The 2025 Spring Season Blend offers a delightful combination of gentle bitterness and vibrant acidity, with subtle cherry blossom-like sweetness that captures the essence of spring.

The MEDIUM roast profile, consistent with last year’s blend, creates a smooth, clean cup with balanced bitterness. This makes it particularly approachable for a variety of coffee drinkers.

As the coffee cools, it reveals layers of dark chocolate and cocoa notes, accompanied by the same delicate cherry blossom sweetness that was characteristic of last year’s blend. This evolution in flavor as the temperature changes adds an interesting dimension to the drinking experience.

Pairing Recommendations

While Starbucks suggests pairing this blend with cherry blossom-themed treats and chocolate, I’ve found it also works beautifully with fruit-based pastries. The coffee’s lighter body and clean finish make it an excellent companion for sweet, fruity flavors.
